Is a Squire Strat a fair trade for a Squire Telecaster?

My friend wants to pawn her Fender Squire Telecaster. I told her I would trade my Fender Squire Strat for it and she could pawn that is this fair? If not who is getting the better deal? They are both in good condition.

The strat is more veratile because it has more ways to adjust the tone with the five way pick up selector switch. The Tele is a little bit heavier too. The strat also has a tremelo bar. I think whoever gets the strat is getting the better end of the deal unless you just love the Tele (I love mine) The squire is not a very expensive instrument and the actual price value should be similar.
