Which do you prefer a Gibson SG Standard or a Fender American Standard Stratocaster/`72 Telecaster Deluxe?

Hey. I’m so confused between a Gibson SG Standard and a Fender American Standard Stratocaster and a Fender `72 Telecaster Deluxe. I’m so confused between the 3.

Could you please tell me which do you prefer and which is the best.

Thanks and GOD BLESS!!!!!!!!!

It really depends on what kind of sound you’re looking for…

The Gibsons excel particularly at creamy, heavy distortions with their powerful humbucker pickups. But, they can also be very versatile, particularly if set-up for coil -splitting.

The Stratocaster excels at some crisper, cleaner, "glassy" and twangy sounds you just can’t get with a Gibson. But, it’s also very versatile.

The Telecaster is a little darker and "twangier" sounding than a Stratocaster. Still, a very versatile guitar you can do just about anything with.

I’m a Gibson fan personally. Great all-around guitar that stays in tune well and favors the heavier music I like to play. But, like I said… it’s mostly about the sound you’re looking for. Most guitarists end up owning several different types of guitars for different sounds.
